What costs will I incur?
There is a one-time charge of €20.00 for provision and setup. Thereafter, the price of the package will be due each month on the closing date.
How long is the contract period?
The minimum term is 12 months from the conclusion of the contract. After that, the contract can be terminated on a monthly basis. Domains are contracted for one year at a time, and the contract term is extended for another year at a time.
How much does another domain cost?
A domain is purchased for one year at a time. The price differs according to the ending. Enclosed is a list of the most common endings:

Can I upgrade / downgrade within the contract period?
An upgrade is possible at any time – the difference to the larger package is due immediately. A downgrade is only possible after personal consultation, if the framework conditions of your used hosting allow it.
What does SSH access mean ?
Via SSH (Secure Shell), you can establish an encrypted connection to the command line (shell) on your web server.
